Please Honor the Values of an Anti-Gun Person

A firearm is the most practical implement of self-defense available to most Americans. Anyone who wishes to deny you a gun wishes to prevent you from being able to effectively defend yourself. I therefore conclude that an anti-gun person is opposed to the principle of self-defense.

How will this affect my personal behavior? I will never knowingly disrespect the views of anyone who I know is against the 2nd Amendment by coming to his aid or defense. Continue reading

Senior Project Oral Presentations 2016

This is the critique I wrote and emailed to a teacher who is a friend of my sister.  My sister invited me to go with her and be one of the judges for the presentations of the high school senior projects at her friend’s school.

I had heard about this problem with thinking methodology, but this is the first time I’ve experienced it staring me in the face.  It was blatant and shocking.  If someone cannot think at the conceptual level, there is no way for that individual to adequately understand or deal with the major issues of the day.  Our Founding Fathers warned that only an educated populace could preserve their freedoms.  In America today we are in imminent danger of losing our rights–forever.  Continue reading

The Risk in a Trump Presidency

The risk with Trump is that he is a pragmatist; he does not stand on principle.  Pragmatism is at the bottom of the philosophical barrel because it rejects principle on principle.  Pragmatism calls for doing whatever is “practical” in a given situation based on the “expediency of the moment”.  Especially in the long run, this is absolutely not practical.  Continue reading

A good woman always knows her progressive place

When being raped by a refugee, just relax and enjoy it–or at least shut up accept it.  Know your progressive place!  This is the duty of every Progressive/Liberal female.

Progressivism/Liberalism advocates a Socialist-Collectivist state.  In this political arrangement no one owns their own body, the state does.  It is “selfish” to think that one owns one’s own body.  The all powerful state owns all.  Thus, you must do your politically correct duty! Continue reading

The Caveat of Trump

This is the caveat (= beware, risk, danger) with Donald Trump.  He does not seem to fully understand the principles of free speech and individual rights, and it is even more alarming if he doesn’t care.  No presidential candidate will be perfect.  The big question is: Who will do the most to stop our current descent into Socialist tyranny and move our country in the opposite direction towards rights and freedom?  We need to throw a wrench into the political status quo.  At this time Trump and Cruz seem to be the only candidates who could do this.  Continue reading

Will Trump Be Assassinated?

In the 2014 elections the Republicans won a landslide victory giving them a majority in both the House and Senate.  I breathed a sigh of relief believing that they would return to Washington DC and neutralize Obama’s every effort to hurt, diminish, and destroy the United States–along with our rights and freedoms.  But, they did not.  Instead, they laid down and gave Obama everything he wanted.  Everything!  Here comes tyranny!

There is deep and widespread discontent with politics as usual.  Continue reading

Please connect the dots

The primary characteristic of radical Liberal-Leftist thinking methodology is disintegration.  Proper thinking is characterized by integration, by combining all of your thoughts and ideas together into a harmonious and non-contradictory whole.  Progressive education has dominated for decades and has become a scheme of indoctrination.  One of the unfortunate results is that most people have trouble integrating their thoughts.  In other words, they have trouble connecting the dots.  Continue reading

Lessons From the Shooting in San Bernadino, CA

1.  If you were one of the intended victims hiding in a closet, wouldn’t you want to have a concealed handgun on your person rather than being completely helpless because you were legally disarmed by ineffective gun control laws?

2. I recently moved from Prescott Valley, Arizona, where I lived for a year and a half.  This incident would not have happened there.  Why?  Too many people carry legally concealed handguns.  The terrorist, or psychotic shooters, would have been shot in short order.  Yes, violence is rarely the answer.  But when it is the answer, it is the only answer.  The only solution to a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.  Continue reading

Have a Selfish Thanksgiving

Conventional wisdom says that a selfish man will be greedy.  He will lie, cheat, and steal.  The problem is that lying, cheating, and stealing do not work.  These actions do not serve a man’s best interest.  What does is studying hard in school, earning a degree, getting a good job, working hard, building a reputation for honesty and dependability, and being a good friend.  If you are good to your friends, you will have and keep good friends.  Conventional wisdom is wrong; conventional selfishness is irrational.  One should be rationally selfish.  Continue reading

OBAMA: Delusional or Something Worse?

In light of Obama’s statements regarding the attacks in Paris a few days ago, I needed to send this email out asap.  I believe Obama is a threat not only to the individual rights and freedoms of Americans, but to America’s continued leadership position in the world.  This country has been a beacon of freedom to “oppressed” people throughout its history.

Many Muslims have come to America because of her freedoms and opportunity, but they are hypocrites when they also wish to live under Sharia law.  Continue reading
