The link below is to an excellent article that cuts through the political double-speak. He almost off-handedly refers to huge issues, but these are the things that need to be done if we are to straighten out the economics of our country. We need to control our spending-beyond-our-means. The longer the can is kicked down the road, the more painful the “adjustment” will be. I just hope that the U.S., and a few of our freedoms, will survive the “adjustment.”
