The rules of the welfare do not allow a single mother to collect a welfare check if there is an adult male in the household. This is the primary reason for the break-up of the black family unit which has resulted in the extremely high incidence of black male teens getting involved in crime and violence. This one rule has literally created the black criminal culture and is the reason for the high population of blacks in prison. Obama could secure his legacy by becoming a positive force in breaking the cycle of black crime. It’s all about family and giving teens a positive male role model of a good citizen in a peaceful, productive, and civilized society.
